If Scotland has been quietly calling you — through ancestry, imagination, or a longing for something slower and richer — this journey was designed with you in mind.

We need a minimum of 15 travelers to bring it to life.
Not a crowd.
Not a busload.
Just the right people.

Details are listed below.

I Want to Talk

SCOTLAND, SLOWLY

what makes this different

SCOTLAND, SLOWLY

A full 10-Day Small-Group Journey Through Land, Sea, and Story

There are trips where you see a place.
And then there are journeys where you feel it — where the landscape, the history, and the quiet moments in between settle into you and stay.

This is that kind of journey.

For ten days, we travel Scotland the way it deserves to be experienced: unhurried, thoughtfully curated, and shared with a small group of like-minded travelers. From the Lowlands to the Highlands, across island waters to the Hebrides and Orkney, this is a deeply immersive experience designed for those who value comfort, connection, and meaning over checklists and crowds.

how we travel

what makes this different

SCOTLAND, SLOWLY

  • Private coach for our group only
  • Carefully planned routes that      balance mainland and islands
  • Ferries, cruises, and overnights      that add depth rather than exhaustion
  • Thoughtful pacing — no rushing,      no herding, no tour bus chaos
  • Comfortable accommodations chosen for location and atmosphere
  • A shared experience that feels      warm, relaxed, and human

Everything is designed so you can focus on being there, not managing logistics.

AN experience (not an itinerary)

This is not a large coach tour.
This is not a “be back in 20 minutes” kind of trip.

We travel together on a private coach reserved exclusively for our group, with no strangers joining along the way. That single choice changes everything — the pacing, the comfort, the conversations, and the overall experience.

There’s room to breathe.
Room to linger.
Room for Scotland to unfold naturally outside your window.

With a maximum of 22 travelers, this journey feels personal from the very first day.

AN experience (not an itinerary)

AN experience (not an itinerary)

You’ll feel the city stone and early-morning quiet of Edinburgh, where history lives just beneath your feet.
You’ll watch reflections ripple during a circular cruise on Loch Lomond, and listen to water slap gently against the hull on Loch Ness, half-smiling at the legends that still linger.

You’ll stand among the ancient stones of Kilmartin Glen, Temple Wood, the Ring of Brodgar, and the Standing Stones of Stenness, where time seems less like a straight line and more like a wide, patient circle.

Island days bring a change in rhythm — Mull, Iona, Staffa, and Orkney each offering their own light, silence, and stories. You’ll walk through Skara Brae, older than the pyramids, and feel the hush inside St. Magnus Cathedral, where centuries of devotion and craft still resonate.

There are moments of drama — the sudden rise of the Three Sisters of Glencoe, the thunder and mist of the Falls of Foyers — and moments of charm and intimacy in places like Pennan, Falkland, and Tolquhon Castle.

An overnight NorthLink ferry to Aberdeen becomes part of the story, not just a transfer. A free day in Edinburgh lets you wander at your own pace before a farewell dinner brings everyone back together — voices softer now, laughter layered with reflection.

who this journey is for

This journey is for you if:

  • You value depth over speed
  • You appreciate history, story,      and sense of place
  • You enjoy traveling with a small,      thoughtful group
  • You want comfort without  stiffness, and comfort without pretense
  • You believe the best trips are      remembered for how they felt

This journey may not be the right fit if:

  • You’re looking for bargain travel
  • You prefer rigid schedules and days      packed with excursions
  • You enjoy large group tours with      constant activity

And that’s okay — this journey is intentionally not designed for everyone.

the investment

The investment for this 11-day small-group journey is USD $5,330 per person, based on a minimum of 15 travelers.

In the event we get our 20-22 travelers, each person will get a special gift from me as your travel host in addition to the perks package you get when we reach our minimum of 15 travelers.

There are trips that cost nearly as much and offer a third of this experience.

What you’re investing in here is access, comfort, pacing, and a level of care that transforms travel into something lasting.

No apologies.
No shortcuts.
Just exceptional value for the right traveler.
